Engr. Chau Zheng Hang was graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with Bachelor Degree (honours) in Civil & Environmental Engineering and has more than 10 years professional practical experience in Civil and Structural Engineering in
Malaysia and Singapore.

Engr. Chau is specialised in high rise building design. The prestigious high rise projects that he completed in Singapore includes 3 block of 23 storey 6 star St Regis Hotel and
Residence, 2 blocks of 40 storey luxury condominium in Bishan, 16 storey ‘Grade A’ corporate office building. He was also involved extensively in design development and construction of 48 storey St. Regis Hotel and Residence in KL Sentral and 2 blocks of 33 storey service apartment in Persiaran Hamphire, off Jalan Ampang.

Engr. Chau has the valuable practical experience in working closely with well-known international consultants and designers e.g. Safdie Architects and Skidmore, Owings &
Merrill (SOM) from United States and British based GA International -Interior Designer, as well as reputable international main contractors e.g. Shimitzu Corporation, Kajima Corporation and Daewoo E&C Co. Ltd. throughout the schematic design, detailed design development, construction development and project implementation stage.

Engr. Chau possesses extensive design experience in dealing with complicated addition & alteration projects (A&A works) to existing buildings in both Malaysia and Singapore. He is well-versed in structural strengthening design, foundation strengthening design and detailed study and analysis of the behaviour and limitations of the existing structures.

Engr. Chau is also good in providing valued engineering services and alternative proposals to contractors for cost saving and design enhancement exercise. He possesses a good knowledge in using engineering design software such as Etabs, Safe, Staad Pro, Top Cad and AutoCAD for advanced 3-dimensional modeling and finite element design.
